Las comidas fuera de casa y el exceso de comidas copiosas pueden desencadenar un exceso de grasa en la dieta y un posterior aumento de peso.
Para evitarlo, se recomienda seguir una dieta equilibrada adecuada y practicar ejercicio físico de manera regular.
La presencia del chitosan en nuestro organismo actúa en el momento de la digestión como agente inhibidor en la absorción de grasas. En este sentido, se ha comprobado que la baja absorción de grasas por parte del intestino se traduce en un aumento de dichas sustancias justo al evacuar deposiciones sin que por ello surjan problemas
AQUILEA Chitosán es una fibra marina extraída de la chitina, un componente del caparazón de los crustáceos. Parte de las grasas de la dieta son recogidas por la chitina y de esta forma el cuerpo no las puede absorber y son eliminadas directamente por el organismo, ayudando a disminuir el aporte calórico precedente de las grasas de la dieta.

Chitosan 400 mg y excipientes.
Modo de empleo:
Tomar 2 cápsulas de cada comida principal.
